Pumpkin Bars

4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Mix all ingredients together. Spread in a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. Cool completely and frost.

Frosting
4 oz. cream cheese (room temp.)
1 cube margarine or butter (room temp.)
1 T. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 to 1 lb. powdered sugar.

Mix all ingredients together with an electric mixer. Spread on cooled cake.
