Lemon Sherbet

grated rind of 3 lemons
2/3 c. lemon juice
2 & 1/2 c. sugar

Add 3 cups milk; mix. put into a loaf pan, and freeze until firm.
Whip 1 cup whipping cream. Fold into frozen mix. Return to Freezer.
