Zucchini Brownies

2 cups zucchini, shredded and drained
2 cups white all purpose four, sifted
1½ cups white granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1½ teaspoon baking soda
½ cup baking cocoa
½ cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¾ cups walnuts, chopped - optional

Preheat oven to 350° Sift all dry ingredients together. Combine zucchini, oil and vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients and mix well.Spread into a greased 9" X 13" baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes.
