Chocolate Icing

1 c. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
2 T. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix together.

Bring 1 c. water to a boil. Pour dry mixture into boiling water stirring constantly over med-low heat. Remove from heat and add:

1 Tbsp. butter (the real stuff:)
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Pour over cake while still warm.
