Spinach Salad


1 bag baby spinach leaves
1 bag baby lettuces
1/2 lb. grated swiss cheese
1 lb. fried bacon, crumbled
1 pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 red onion cut in half and then sliced thin

Dressing:
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. rice vinegar
3/4 c. oil
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. poppy seeds
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Bring dressing to a boil, refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Mix lettuce, spinach, onion, cheese, bacon and mushrooms in bowl. Add dressing just before serving.
This salad is another family favorite!
