Low Fat Rice and Beans Casserole

1 15.5 oz. can Black Beans
1 C uncooked rice
1 can corn, undrained
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups salsa
cheddar cheese, shredded

mix all ingredients together except for the cheese into a 11*7 pan. Cover and bake at 350* for 1 hour. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until melted. Serve with chips or tortillas.
